Bluefish

Is producing clean and effective code for your Website what you need and like ? Then why not use a WYSIWYN HTML editor ? With Bluefish’s What You See Is What You Need interface, find what you were looking for.

Its multiple features and very pleasant interface make it possible to manage easily your whole Website project with:

  • code syntactic colouration,
  • tag fast addition (using menus), toolbars and a lot of keyboard shortcuts.

It also supports PHP and Javascript scripts, CSS...

A good coding tool, which I use everyday for my personnal Website projects.

And the 1.0 release is even better, whith a new, very extended manual, better gnome and kde integration and many new and improved highlighting patterns.
